Home Improvement Loan Program The City, in cooperation with the Coon Rapids Mortgage Assistance Foundation, has contracted with CCE Financial Resources to administer a loan program for homeowners to maintain, remodel, and improve their home. Rent Assistance Civic Center Facilities The Civic Center has a large banquet/meeting room with seating for 225, kitchen facilities, garden area, training room, and two conference rooms available for rental.
